KCS Principles

KCS principles apply to multiple practices: principles are the basis for, and manifest themselves in, multiple practices. Principles don’t tell you how to do something, they tell you why we are doing what we do.

There are four foundational principles for KCS methodology:

• Abundance: Share more, learn more
• Create Value: Work tasks; think big picture.
• Demand Driven: Knowledge is a by-product of interaction.
• Trust: Engage, empower, motivate.
