I received my certification from HDI or an unauthorized source
Issue
I received a certification in KCS but not from the Consortium for Service Innovation and would like a digital badge.
Resolution
The Consortium for Service Innovation (the owner of the KCS methodology) is the only certifying body of KCS
- KCS Digital Badges are only offered to individuals that receive certification through the Consortium.
- KCS Certification Overview
Steps to receiving an official KCS Certification Digital Badge
- Review the study guide - KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification Study Guide or KCS v6 Practices Certification Study guide to review exam topics and objectives
- If the concepts covered in the appropriate study guide are not familiar, it is highly recommended to:
- KCS v6 Fundamentals: Purchase self-paced KCS v6 Fundamentals Training
- KCS v6 Practices: Register for a Practices Workshop offered by our network of Certified Trainers
- If the concepts covered in the appropriate study guide are not familiar, it is highly recommended to:
- Purchase the appropriate certification exam.
- Once the exam has been completed with a passing score, you will receive an email from Credly on how to accept your badge.
