KCS Certification & Training

Certification programs were designed by active and experienced Consortium Members who use KCS in their organizations and help the Consortium develop KCS methodology.

The Consortium for Service Innovation is the only authorized certifying body for KCS^® and the only provider of the KCS v6 Fundamentals Online Course. KCS v6 Certified Trainers offer in-person and virtual workshops.

We are also the only authorized certifying body for Intelligent Swarming Training and Certification.

The Consortium for Service Innovation (the owner of the KCS methodology and of the KCS registered service mark) does not recognize KCS training or certification from anyone other than the Consortium for Service Innovation (formerly called KCS Academy) and its Certified KCS v6 Trainers.

• Each KCS Certified Trainer is an independent consultant and have their own scheduling and pricing structure.
