KCS Certification & Training

The certification programs were designed by a small, passionate group of Consortium members who are using KCS in their organizations, while also helping the Consortium develop and maintain the KCS methodology.

The Consortium for Service Innovation is the only authorized certifying body for KCS^® and the only provider of the KCS v6 Fundamentals Online Course. KCS v6 Certified Trainers offer in-person and virtual workshops.

We are also the only authorized certifying body for Intelligent Swarming Training and Certification.

The Consortium for Service Innovation (the owner of the KCS methodology and of the KCS registered service mark) does not recognize KCS training or certification from anyone other than the KCS Academy and its Certified KCS v6 Trainers.

• Each KCS Certified Trainer is an independent consultant and have their own scheduling and pricing structure. • The Consortium offers a KCS v6 Aligned designation for vendors who provide tools (software/systems) or services (consulting and training) that complement and/or enable KCS best practices in the workplace.
• The KCS v6 Verified designation is for major releases of products which successfully complete the KCS v6 Verified process.
