How much time should I set aside to get KCS certified?

There are a variety of KCS Certifications and Suggested Curriculum Paths
KCS Workshops are strongly recommended as well as self-study prior to workshop and prior to taking the exam by reviewing KCS materials in the Consortium for Service Innovation Library
Time allowance/limit for KCS v6 Practices Certification exam is 2 hours
Time allowance/limit for KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification exam is 1 hour
