Invalid Key Message when using the self-enrollment link

Issue

When trying to take a course/exam, receive an invalid key message


Resolution

The access key is for enrolling/registering for the exam.   This message means that the key has already been used by you or someone else used it.  If you used it previously follow these steps: 

  • Please look for an email that says "Welcome to the Service Innovation Learning Center" for log in credentials. May need to check spam.
  • If you can't find the email or you didn't previously use the registration form with key, please email support@serviceinnovation.org with the key access/link or number and the name of the course/exam and include information about how you received the key: self-purchase or manager purchased/enrolled for you.
