Can't log in to my account on the Learning Center

Issue

Unable to log in to access my account in the learning center


Resolution

As of February 1st, 2025, we have transitioned to a new learning platform.  

  • If you have completed your course/exam on the old platform, we will NOT have an account on the new learning center.
  • You no longer need to have an account to purchase.  Please visit the Consortium Course Store on our website.  Once purchased you will be provided with information on how to access the courses for yourself o your team.  
  • If you are looking for evidence of Certification you can search by earner on the Certification Directory. (as long the badge has been accepted and opted in to be listed)
  • If you have training or exams on the old platform with incomplete courses/exams that are still valid (not expired), please reset your password here to log in and view your active, unexpired courses/exams. Completed courses will not appear.
  • If you do not receive a password reset email, please contact support@serviceinnovation.org for assistance.
