Communities of Practice

Member-driven groups where peers who use the same tools share and learn from each other. Currently running for Coveo, Salesforce Service Cloud, and ServiceNow.

A Community of Practice (CoP) is a Member-driven and Member-owned collaboration space:

• Technology users come together to share experiences, explore emerging challenges, and learn from one another.
• Members shape the agenda and host sessions featuring real-world practices, lessons learned, and innovations from their organizations.
• Technology vendors participate at the request of Members, sharing perspectives, future roadmaps, and helping advance the conversation.

It’s a collaborative forum for exchanging ideas, solving common challenges, and staying connected to what’s happening.
