Is there a KCS manual to purchase?

Resolution

Because KCS documentation is created and updated through ongoing contributions of Consortium Members, there is no static, physical copy available.

Publicly available KCS documentation is available for free in the KCS section of the Consortium's digital library. 

Documentation about KCS is offered by the Consortium for Service Innovation under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
