Trouble launching online-proctored certification exam
Issue
I am unable to launch my online-proctored KCS certification exam
Resolution
- Do not contact KCS Academy support as Kryterion/Webassessor is a 3rd party vendor and only they can help with this issue
- Do contact 24 hour Kryterion/Webassessor Chat (bottom right hand corner of the page) and if unavailable, fill out a support ticket from their website
- With a record of a test taker contacting support either via chat or support ticket near the time of the scheduled launch , they will help you reschedule and should waive any reschedule or no show fees
