Digital Badge earned when working at a different company

Issue

Would like to update Digital Badge account to new company or personal email address

Resolution

• If you have already accepted your Credly Digital Badge, you can combine/merge your accounts in Credly.   If you no longer have access to your original email address, you can open a ticket with Credly to get further support on merging the accounts.

• If you have not already accepted your Credly Digital Badge, email support@serviceinnovation.org with your alternate email address.  We will re-issue your digital badge to the alternate email address
