Corporate License Owners who offer Certification Exams

Issue

Offering Certification Exams when company owns the Corporate License for Self-Paced Training Course(s).

Resolution

Company owns the Corporate License for one or all of the Service Innovation Learning Center Courses. In this article, learn the process to register learners for Exams and run pass/fail reports.

ENROLLMENT

• You will be given a customized enrollment link.  Email support@serviceinnovation.org if you do not have one yet.  
• Once you click on the link you will see the below registration form.  NOTE:  YOU MUST NOT BE LOGGED IN to the Learning Center to do this action.  You will know right away if you are logged in, because you will not see a place to add a name and email address.  Please log out and refresh the screen or cut and paste the url in a different browser.

   OR  

Once you click register, this will trigger the registration and an email to the person with log-in credentials.  Please have them look for the email "Welcome to the Service Innovation Learning Center". Please remind them to check spam.

• Once they have logged in, they will find the exam in their account.
• If you support retake exams, you will have a different registration link for this. Please use the appropriate link.  The Group Name will then say RETAKE - as shown above.
