How To: Enroll In Your Online Course or Exam

Enrolling in Purchased Courses or Exams

The Service Innovation Learning Center is your destination for online learning. Thank you for including us on your learning journey!

I Purchased Learning Center Content for Myself

Use these instructions if you purchased a single registration to one or more courses or exams for your own use.

This is My First Time Using the Learning Center

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with the subject line “Welcome to the Service Innovation Learning Center” with login credentials to enter the Learning Center for the first time. We recommend that you update your password after logging in.

After logging in, your courses appear on the home page under My Current Learning

I’m an Existing Learning Center User

You will receive an enrollment confirmation email with a subject line that begins with “You have been enrolled” and includes the course or exam name. After logging in, your courses show up under My Current Learning.



I Purchased Learning Center Content for Others

Use these instructions if you purchased registration for multiple people to one or more courses or exams in the Service Innovation Learning Center.

Learning Center Keys

Your purchase confirmation email contains a list of the Registration Keys that learners need in order to use Learning Center content. Keep in mind that each key can be used only once.

The email lists each key for your records, and includes a link that goes directly to the Service Innovation Learning Center with the key in place and ready to use.

Providing Keys to Your Learners

Your learners (including yourself, if you’re using one of the keys) use the links provided in the email to register for the purchased content. Copy and paste the link to share it via email or messaging channel of your choice.

Clicking the link takes the learner to the Learning Center with the key already populated for use. Learner instructions for using a registration key are below.


I Have a Learning Center Link with a Registration Key

Use these instructions when you’ve been provided with a link to a Service Innovation Learning Center course that includes a key for your registration.

This is My First Time Using the Learning Center

Click the link to bring you to the Learning Center Registration Form, with the key already added and ready to use.

To register for the training:

  • After completing the Registration form, you will receive an email with the subject line “Welcome to the Service Innovation Learning Center”. (You many need to check your spam folder)

  • Use login credentials provided in the email to log into the Learning Center for the first time. We recommend that you update your password after logging in.

  • If you can't find the email, you can do a password reset at learn.serviceinnovation.org

I am an Existing Learning Center User

If you’re currently logged in, clicking the link you were provided gives you one-click Register form. If you’re not currently logged in, you’ll be prompted to do so.

After clicking the Register button, the course or exam will be added to your home page under My Current Learning


For Members: Registering for Training Included in Membership

Members of the Consortium for Service Innovation at the Participant Plus, Sponsor, and Benefactor level have Learning Center content included in their membership benefits.

Contact support@serviceinnovation.org to use to your included membership registration keys.
