Register Learners After Purchase

After purchase, you will receive a link with an Access Key for each course or exam you purchased. You should distribute the keys to your learners or use the links to register your learners on their behalf.  Please share the following steps to each learner if they are self-registering.

1. Use each provided link to open the Registration Form for the course or exam.
   • Each link contains a unique Access Key and can only be used once.
2. Enter the details as prompted.
   • First Name, Last Name, Email (enter the Learner's information)
   • Key (will be pre-populated when using the provided links)
   • Note: If Learner is already logged in to the Service Innovation Learning Center, the form will only show the Key field.
3. Click Register.
4. Check Email to find subject line:  "Welcome to the Service Innovation Learning Center" for login credentials
5. May need to check spam folder and contact support@serviceinnovation.org if you need assistance.
