I completed my course and it doesn't show completed on my dashboard in my profile.
- Some browsers and internet connectivity affect course completion.
- The “My Learning” page refreshes by closing the course screen or click on the X on the upper right corner of the course screen.
- If you are still having issues with the course showing complete, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will force submit the completion.
- You will receive an email once this has been completed.
