Course doesn't show complete

Issue

I completed my course and it doesn't show completed on my dashboard in my profile.


Resolution

  • Some browsers and internet connectivity affect course completion.
  • The “My Learning” page refreshes by closing the course screen or click on the X on the upper right corner of the course screen.
  • If you are still having issues with the course showing complete, email support@serviceinnovation.org and we will force submit the completion.  
  • You will receive an email once this has been completed.
