User accounts for team members when manager purchases for team


When purchasing on the KCS Academy Online Learning Center for my team members, do they need to each create user accounts?


  • After a manager creates a profile on the KCS Academy Online Learning Center for themselves and then purchases online by credit card on behalf of their team member, the manager will receive instructions and coupon codes to distribute to their team
  • At this time, each team member will create user accounts and input the coupon code
  • If you need to pay by PO, you would click here on the catalog and we send you an invoice. Once we receive the PO, we would ask for your users name and email addresses via this spreadsheet and we create profiles and register on their behalf.
