Procurement or Manager payment options for online courses for team members
Issue
How does Procurement Team or Manager pay for team members' KCS Online courses
Resolution
- There are three options for payment
- To pay online via credit card for individual team members in separate transactions on an ongoing basis, email support@thekcsacademy.net and request an 'External Customer Account'
- To pay online via credit card for multiple team members in one transaction, complete the Team Orders Form and choose Invoice to pay by Credit Card Online for "method of payment" - see screenshot below
- If you will NOT be paying by credit card, complete the Team Orders Form and choose Invoice to pay by PO/Check/Wire/EFT for "method of payment." Courses will not be assigned until payment is received
