How to purchase for someone else in Self-Paced Training Center
Issue
Unable to add more than one course or exam for team members to my cart
Purchased for myself and not for my team member
Resolution
When purchasing for team members, often times people add to their cart first before logging in.
- Be sure the cart is empty and then log in or create an account.
- Click trash can under cart to remove
- Note, when you empty the cart, this option changes back to the default, so you will have to chose this option again after emptying the cart.
- If you accidentally purchased for yourself, please contact support@serviceinnovation.org to reassign the registration. Include the team member's email address.
