Procurement or Manager purchasing options for self-paced training for team members
Issue
How does a Procurement Team or Manager pay for team members to take Self-Paced courses and Certification Exams?
Resolution
There are two options - please choose which one is best for you.
OPTION 1:
- To pay online via credit card:
- Manager should create their own profile on the Online Learning Center or Log into your existing account.
- Go to catalog and and be sure your shopping cart is EMPTY before proceeding (to avoid any error messages). You must be LOGGED IN FIRST!
- Choose this option below:
- Then choose the number you would like to purchase
NOTE: After completing the transaction, you will receive an email with coupon codes and instructions to provide to your team
OPTION 2:
- If you can not pay by credit card or prefer to have an invoice sent to you directly - please fill out the Request an Invoice. In 1-2 business days, our operations manager will send you an invoice for you to generate a PO. You will need to use this spreadsheet to submit names and email address for registration.
