Procurement or Manager purchasing options for online courses for team members
Issue
How does a Procurement Team or Manager pay for team members to take Online courses and Certification Exams?
Resolution
OPTION 1:
- To pay online via credit card:
- Manager should create their own profile on the Online Learning Center or Log into your existing account.
- Note: If you would like to have the ability to run a report on your team's progress, please contact support@serviceinnovation.org BEFORE you make a purchase!
- Go to catalog and and be sure your shopping cart is EMPTY before proceeding (to avoid any error messages)
- Choose this option below:
NOTE: After completing the transaction, you will receive an email with coupon codes and instructions to provide to your team
OPTION 2:
- If you can not pay by credit card - please fill out the Request an Invoice to Pay by PO. In 1-2 business days, our operations manager will send you an invoice for you to generate a PO. You will need to follow the instructions on the top of the form to submit names and email address for registration.
