Corporate License Company: How to upload multiple test takers

Resolution

You must be a Corporate License holder, have an existing Group on the Learning Center and be assigned as a Power-User to proceed. Contact support@serviceinnovation.org for more information.

  • Login to learn.serviceinnovation.org. 
  • Click arrows in black circle on upper left to open side panel
  • Be sure you are in Power User Mode (not learner mode) - located near bottom of side panel
  • Click Users & Groups - Users - located in middle of side panel

  • Click CSV Bulk Upload Template (note: if using Safari you will need to reconfigure browser to open a csv or use chrome, firefox)
  • Open template as an excel file as shown below and delete any sample data shown (except row 1)

  • Complete template/spreadsheet
    • Mandatory columns are first_name, last_name, email, and groups (groups is your company name). Groups must be filled out or your users will not appear in your group.  If you utlitize sub groups, you will need add the sub group
    • Optional columns:
      • email_notifications - Enter Yes for the user to receive email notifications. If you enter No or leave blank, user will not receive emails.
      • send_login_info - Enter Yes to email login credentials (username and password) to user and automatically generate a password for user. If you enter No or leave blank, your user will not receive their login credentials and you will have to manually notify them.
      • language - Enter language codes to set the platform language of the user. For example, enter en for English, de for German, and es for Spanish.
    • All other columns can be left blank (role will default to learner).
    • Your group is configured to automatically enroll them into the Exam.
    • Save the spreadsheet as a CSV file
  • Click Choose File
  • Select the file (spreadsheet) you just saved
  • Click Upload Users
