Access my course in the Self-Paced Learning Center if my company purchased a course or exam on my behalf

Issue

How to access my course in the if my company purchased the course(s) or exam on my behalf?

Resolution

If you were given a coupon code:

• Create a new user profile in the Self-Paced Learning Center
• After logging in, navigate to the catalog and click on Click here if you have a Coupon Code

If you were told by your manager that you were registered for the course:

• Look in your inbox or spam folder for emails from info@serviceinnovation.org for log-in credentials. 
• If you do not see it, trying using your company email address as your username and click "Forgot your Password" in the Self-Paced Learning Center, then create a password
• Once logged in, click on "My Learning" and then "Take Course" to start the course(s) and/or "Take Test" if applicable
• If you need additional support, email support@serviceinnovation.org
