How to add a Test Taker in the Self-Paced Learning Center

Corporate License Company: How to add a Test Taker in the Self-Paced Learning Center


Resolution

You must be a Corporate License holder, have an existing Group on the Learning Center and be assigned as a Power-User to proceed. Contact support@serviceinnovation.org for more information.

  • Log in to learn.serviceinnovation.org
  • Click arrows in black circle on upper left to open side panel
  • Be sure you are in Power User Mode (not learner mode) - located near bottom of side panel
  • Click Users & Groups - Users - located in middle of side panel
  • Click on Add User

  • Add First Name, Last Name, and Email address
  • Enable Email Notifications
  • All other user details are optional
  • IGNORE:  Add to Courses - Each member in your group will be auto-assigned the EXAM.
  • MANDATORY:  Add to Groups - Choose your group name 
  • IGNORE:  Add to Learning Paths 
  • Create New User!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. As we are transitioning to the new platform, please confirm you can see your newly added test taker in your list of users.  If you do not, please email support@serviceinnovation.org as we can move them into your group.
  2. If someone previously failed the exam in the old platform, do NOT register them for the RETAKE EXAM in the new platform - they will have an exam to take in their account as soon as you add them.
