How to Run a report for team members who have been enrolled in Consortium Learning Center

Run a report for team members
Resolution
You must have an existing group on the Learning Center and be assigned as a Power-User to proceed. Contact support@serviceinnovation.org for more information.
- Login to learn.serviceinnovation.org.
- Click arrows in black circle on upper left to open side panel
- Be sure you are in Power User Mode (not learner mode) - located near bottom of side panel
- Click on Reporting - Dashboard
- Under Saved Templates: We have created a report for you to get started - Click on All Course Progresses Report. After familiarizing yourself with the platform, feel free to add more reports.
- Note: All Exams are also called courses. If the learner failed the exam - it will show the course is "in progress". Be sure to check the Assessment Score. 70% is passing for KCS, 78% is passing for Intelligent Swarming.
- Click on Generate Reports. Report will show on screen - be sure to scroll right to see all the columns after generating the report
- If you want to Download the report - Click Download
