Resolution

Some levels of Consortium membership include seats to the following self-paced online courses and their associated certification exams:

• KCS v6 Fundamentals Course/Exam Bundle
• Defining Digital Transformation
• Managing a Knowledge-Centered Workforce
• Intelligent Swarming Fundamentals Course/Exam Bundle

To take advantage of these seats, email support@serviceinnovation.org and simply say "set us up!"

You will receive an email with Self-Enrollment Keys (and instructions for use) for you to distribute to your team.
